We have compiled a list of support issues which you may find useful. If you cannot see what you are looking for please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
- How do I pay for items in my cart?: When you have finished shopping click on the 'cart' button and check your order is complete. Then click the 'shipping' button and confirm your order by clicking ' I agree' . The page will direct you to a form which you will then need to fill in which creates your future login details. Once all required fields ( those with a red star ) are completed then confirm and you will be directed to the paypal pop-up window to complete payments.
- My cart won't direct to paypal when I click on checkout: Don't worry, all you need to do is check that in your preferences control tab on your browser that "pop- ups" are allowed. In other words if you normally block pop-ups disable that function. The Paypal window will then open and direct you to your sign in details to proceed with payment.
- Where is my order?: Please allow between 7- 10 working days for delivery. All items are posted with proof of postage obtained.
- An item was damaged or faulty: If his is the case then we are very sorry for the inconvience this may cause. Please email us outlining the fault and we will advise you on returning the item. All faulty returns will be refunded in full on arrival or a replacement option sent.
- Oops! I ordered the wrong item: If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake then please email us to let us know first before returning it and we can swap it for the correct item. IMPORTANT: This only applies if item is returned in the same state it was sent out as i.e unused, undamaged etc. Please note that in these instances postage is non refundable and will be re-added if an item is sent out in it's place.
